At Tendstore, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your ThermoFlex Pro purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. No questions asked. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@tendstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. If you are returning for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 24-48 hours. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@tendstore.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery or without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or variant, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
